AI agent replies failing

The AI agent was failing to reply to most customer messages across all channels, and automatic tagging and some automated session actions were also affected. A fix has been applied and AI replies are working normally again. Messages received while the issue was ongoing may not have received an AI reply. We're continuing to monitor.
